Jack R. Cross

Jack R. Cross, 86, of Adamsville, died at 8:06 P.M. on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House.  He was born July 15, 1932 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, a son of the late Thurman Burl and Lillian Ada Crozier.  Jack worked for 20 years at Alber’s Grocery and farmed all his life.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandy McCutcheon Cross, who he married on August 2, 1968; two sons, James (Jill) Cross and Kevin (Acelia) Dreier both of Adamsville; two daughters, Amy (Darryl) Lane of Adamsville and Kandie (Eric) Gates of San Antonio, TX; eight grandchildren, Chase and Samantha Cross, Jeremy Krasky and Joshua (Alicia) Krasky, Courtney and Bailey Saxton, Slade Lane and Katie Gates; and four great grandchildren.

Friends and family may call from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 23, 2018 and from 10:00 A.M. till the time of service at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, OH. Jack will be laid to rest at Heaven’s Gate Cemetery, Adamsville
