Jack R. Leffel III, 54 of Zanesville, passed away October 24, 2020.
He was born November 12, 1966 in Glade, TN son of Jack Leffel Jr. and the late Loretta Sowder.
In addition to his father he is survived by his son Heath Spencer; siblings, Jayla Leffel, Jason Leffel, Victor Leffel.
