James Victor Hays (June 14, 1937 – November 21, 2011)

James “Jim” Victor Hays, age 74 of Zanesville, died Monday November 21, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center.
He was born June 14, 1937 in Zanesville and was the son of the late William and Dorothy Greiner Hays.

Jim was a graduate of Zanesville High School and was a Golden Glove boxing champion. He had worked for Diebold and NCR.

He is survived by daughters; Erin Hays of Ft. Wayne, IN and Kelly Hays of Columbus.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dwain “Ted” Hays.

Friends may call from 1 – 4 PM Sunday, November 27th at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Ave. where a brief memorial service will follow.
