Jamie Dickerson

Jamie D. Dickerson, 48 of Zanesville, died, Thursday, October 9, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family, following a lengthy illness. She was born Thursday, May 12, 1977, in Zanesville, the daughter of Deborah D. (Lee) Carroll and James “Dave” Carroll. She married Jason A. Dickerson on Saturday, July 4, 2009.

Jamie was a graduate of West Muskingum High School, and following graduation was a model in the fashion industry. She was an avid bowler and volleyball player and followed football, with her team being the Alabama Crimson Tide. Jamie was a loving and caring daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to father, Dave & Dawni Carroll, and her mother, Debbie Carrol, Jamie is survived by her husband, Jason Dickerson, two children, Colton (Savanah Ridenour) Dickerson and Collin (Kaylee Gainer) Dickerson; one grandchild, Charley May Dickerson; one step-brother, Eddie Alexander and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Hillis Combs Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to funeral services from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Wednesday October 15, at the funeral home, where services will follow at 11:30 AM with Pastor Marc Caton officiating.
