Jean Vertrice Trent Murray (December 11, 1933 – February 24, 2015)

ZANESVILLE
Jean Vertrice Trent Murray, 81 of Zanesville, passed away Tuesday February 24, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Huntington, WV on December 11, 1933, a daughter of the late Lewis Henry and Beulah Beckett Trent. She was a former High School Biology teacher; served as Vice President of Zandex, Inc. and also served on the Board of Directors of Zandex, Inc. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; served as Stake Relief Society President for Columbus, OH East Stake and was Past President of Pieceable Quilters Guild.
Jean is survived by her husband of 60 years Dr. David H. Murray; two sons David Trent (Donna) Murray of Alpharetta, GA and Michael Trent Murray of Canton, OH; two daughters Jill Trent Job of Loveland, CO and Anne Murray Williams of Zanesville; two sisters Ruth Overton of Palmdale, CA and Elizabeth Bray of Ashburn, VA; 12 grandchildren Danielle Murray, Andrea Garrett, Jeff Murray, Kevin Murray, Tara Murray, Keely Martin, Larissa Job, Aleisha Job, Cassidy Job, Mariah Williams, Jayden Williams and Luke Williams; one great grandchild Reese Martin.
Calling hours will be held from 6-8pm on Friday March 6, 2015 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday March 7, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3300 Kearns Drive, Zanesville, OH 43701 with Bishop Thomas A. Fuhriman officiating. Entombment will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
