Jeffrey Koshiba

Jeffrey Wayne Koshiba, 66, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born November 2, 1959, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Albert M. and Alice Clowe Koshiba. He was a 1978 graduate of Whetstone High School. Jeffrey retired after 30 years of service to Genesis Hospital on October 31, 2024, as a PC Analyst. He loved computers, photography and trips to Disney.

Surviving is his wife Donna Young Koshiba, whom he married October 24, 1987; a brother David (Linda Jones) Koshiba; a sister Carol Koshiba; and his beloved dog Minnie.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 5PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. A Celebration of Life will begin at 5PM in the Snouffer Chapel. Cremation services have been entrusted to the Snouffer Crematory.
