It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jennifer Michael Flautt (Hague), age 42, of Pataskala, Ohio. She passed away on August 8, 2025 in her home following a sudden death related to heart complications. On October 10, 1982 Jennifer was born in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Michael Steven Hague and Connie Jean Wren (Swope).

Jennifer worked for AEP for 25 years. She loved her job and was a dedicated worker and an outstanding coworker. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business while working there and was currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She was very proud of her accomplishment on going back to school.

She will be remembered for love and devotion to her son, Karter. Also, her love for her family and friends. She was adventurous, fearless (except for haunted houses), loyal, and fun-loving. Her laugh and smile could light up a room.

Jennifer was a wonderful mom and being a mom was her proudest achievement in life! She absolutely loved dogs, reality TV, crime shows, Golden Girls, Brittney Spears, concerts, fishing, and doing anything with Karter.

Jennifer Michael Flautt is survived by her son, Karter Douglas Pittsenbarger; her mother, Connie Wren (Troy Vaughn); her sisters, Julie (Michael) Grindstaff and Autumn Jones; Karter’s father, Karl Pittsenbarger; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Michael Flautt; her father, Michael Steven Hague; her aunt, Trudi Swope Ragan and Aunt Molly Hague Stemm; her maternal grandmother, Rosemary Swope (Miller); maternal grandparents, Gene and Doris Swope; and her paternal grandparents, Clyde (Bud) and Betty Hague.
