Jerry Lee Angelo,Sr. (October 27, 1952 – November 1, 2011)

ZANESVILLE

Jerry Lee Angelo Sr. age 59 of Zanesville passed away on November 1, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born in Zanesville on October 27, 1952 a son of the late Felix Franklin Sr. and Margaret Balog Angelo. He had worked at Ohio Ferro Alloy, Holiday Inn and Maverick Restaurant; served his country and protected our freedoms in the United States Air Force; was a member of the Lafayette Masonic Lodge, Past Master of Honor Masonic Lodge, Past Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star, Amaranth, Former Grotto and Commandry and the Anchor Church. He served as a Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts leader, enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking and gardening as well as his family and volunteering at school .
He is survived by his wife Sherry Ault Angelo; four sons Jeremy, Jerry Jr., Jason and Jacob; four daughters Deidra, Danielle, Denise and Dakota; two brothers Felix (Bonnie) Angelo Jr. and Dave Angelo; two sisters Elaine (Gene) Edgell and Susan (Ron) Holstein and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers Robert, John, and James.
Calling hours will be held on Friday November 4, 2011 from 1-3 pm at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 W. MILITARY RD. ZANESVILLE with services being held at 3pm in the Snouffer Chapel with Aaron Bounds officiating. Masonic services will be conducted at 2pm and Eastern Star Services conducted at 2:45pm.
