Jill Bichard Rios

Jill Marie Bichard Rios, 47, of Derwent, passed away November 29, 2025, tragically from an automobile accident.
She was born on August 16, 1978, in Cambridge, OH, daughter of Herman Bichard and Linda Wilson Bichard. Jill was family-oriented and always believed in family first. Some of her most cherished memories were going to the casino with her mom, eating doughnuts from places like Holly Rollers with her sister. She lived her best life hanging with family and friends, watching her niece in the marching band and spending time with her kids. Jill loved to shop and travel, her love lives on but she’ll be greatly missed.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Dunnavan Bichard, Luis “Lil Lu” Rios, Isaiah Rios; sister Julia Bichard; niece Julissa “Sis” Crilley; step-mother, Gina DeSimone Bichard; dearest friend, Melissa “Red” and baby Flora; abundant of close family & friends that are too many to mention.
In addition to her father Herman Bichard, she was preceded in death by her husband of over twenty years, Luis Rios; grandparents, Ray & Frances Wilson and Dorothy Bichard.
No service will be held at this time.
