Join Foodworks Alliance and A Taste of Ohio for the Murder Mystery Masquerade

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Foodworks Alliance is hosting its first spring fundraiser in collaboration with A Taste of Ohio Wine, Bourbon and Beer.
The Murder Mystery Masquerade will take place on April 11 at A Taste of Ohio in downtown Zanesville. Foodwork Alliance’s executive director, Amy Aurore, looks forward to seeing the professional acting group bring a murder mystery to life.
“I’ve heard really good things about how they go about the process. They include people from the event as part of the act and only if they really want to and I just thing that sounds cool. I’m a Clue junky from childhood so this is right up my alley. I’m excited.”
The event also features a curated charcuterie grazing table and optional premium tastings from select bourbon, wine, and beer distributors. All proceeds from the event help to support Foodworks Alliance and its programs.
“Foodworks Alliance is a non-profit located in South Zanesville. We help small and aspiring businesses get started by giving them access to a licensed commercial kitchen. In addition to that, we have a Recovery with a Purpose Program. That’s an internal program for us where we train women who are in recovery from substance abuse to be skilled in the kitchen but more importantly, skilled at work.”
Tickets are available on the Foodworks Alliance website, and doors open for the Murder Mystery Masquerade on April 11 at 1 p.m.
