Jonathan Wells

Jonathan “John” Wells age 67, of Ava, OH passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2025 at home after a brief illness. He was born August 31, 1957 in Cambridge, OH son of the late Fred and Martha Wells.

John enjoyed fishing and spending time with his beloved dogs. He enjoyed the simple things in life.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Florence Wells; two sons James (Angie) Postlethwait and Johnny (Harlee) Wells; 6 grandchildren Cody, Celeb, Jacob, Vincenzo, Wolf and Elvira.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, March 28, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation Friday, March 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Belt officiating.
