Judith A. Addy (November 29, 1941 – December 14, 2013)

Judith A. Addy, 72, of Duncan Falls, died at 8:51 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room. She was born on November 29, 1941 in Caldwell, Ohio a daughter of the late LuCinda Bates Herman. Judith worked at Brockway Glass and later retired from Lear Corporation. In her spare time Judith enjoyed working outside in her yard.

She is survived by four daughters; Cindy (Todd) Habrun of Bolivar, Ohio, Diana (David) Lawler of Zanesville, Kimberly K. Jenkins of Duncan Falls and Lisa Addy of Zanesville ; a son, Tim (Theri) Kackley of Lancaster; eleven grandchildren; Scott, Cody, Chanda, Travis, Abbey, Tim, Tyler, Trevor, Corey, James and Lakyn; five great grandchildren, Grant, Raegyn, Malachi, Jordan, and Jayden; a brother, John F. (Carol) Bates of Zanesville; several cousins, nephews and a special pet companion, Sam.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kent L. Addy who died on September 10, 1984

Friends and family may call from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Judith will be laid to rest next to her husband, Kent at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
