Judy Dreier

Judy F. Dreier, 81, of Dresden, died Monday morning, March 4, 2024, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Born July 6, 1942, in Grafton, West Virginia, she was daughter of the late Coy and Laudie (Bennett) Hardman and a 1960 graduate of Jefferson High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for many years at a dentist’s office, and later owned and operated Dreier’s Upholstery and J & W Put-Put Golf in Dresden, alongside her husband. Judy was an avid Ohio State Football fan and band mom. She enjoyed puzzles, collecting snow globes and above all being a mom and grandma.
Surviving are two sons, Kevin (Acelia) Dreier of Zanesville and Craig (Tessa) Dreier of Dresden; two daughters, Kandie (Eric) Gates of San Antonio, Texas and Christal (Joe) Settles of Dresden; eight grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua, Katie, Austin, Devin, Hayley, Miley, and Macie; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Robert Hardman of West Palm Beach, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wendell L. Dreier, who died October 10, 2019; three siblings, Thomas Hardman, Virginia Wine, and Roger Hardman.
Friends and family may visit Friday, March 8, 2024, 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil and Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the funeral home with Rev. Dudley McDougale officiating.
Judy will be laid to rest next to her husband, Wendell at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
