Jury Deliberating Daniel Murder Case

The murder trial of a White Cottage man is now in the hands of the jury.  34-year-old Timothy Daniel is facing multiple charges including aggravated murder in the death of 61-year-old Charles Hooper during a shooting at Burger King in South Zanesville last October.  The jury started deliberating around 1:45 Friday afternoon. The trial started Tuesday.
