Kathryn “Kathy” Winebarger

Kathryn “Kathy” Winebarger, 71, passed away on September 25, 2026, at Genesis Hospital. She was born June 30, 1955, in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Rex Theodore and Joy Ripley Bell Elliott.

Kathy was a customer service representative for Sam’s Club for nearly 20 years. She was a member of Eagles Aerie #302 and enjoyed bowling, cooking, sewing, and drawing. Kathy loved her family.

She is survived by her daughter; Tina Savage; twin sons: David (Molly) Savage and Daniel Savage; daughter: Heather Winebarger; two brothers: Bill (Mona) Elliott and Rex Elliott; boyfriend of 22 years: William DeSarro; 11 grandchildren: Zachary, Ashya, Rexzina, Paige, Derek, Kaylee, Deven, Madelyn, Kemonti, Donoven and Robert; and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Rick Elliott and a daughter in law Tash Savage.
