Kathy McPherson

Kathy Ellen McPherson, 72, of Zanesville, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024. Kathy was born on April 9, 1951, to Leonard and Lauraellen (Singer) Chandler. In addition to her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Luther Chandler and Maude Wooten; maternal grandparents, Clarabell Norris and Johnny Singer; brothers, Richy Lynn Chandler and Iven Leory Chandler; uncles, Henry Eugene Singer and Paul Singer and aunt, Edna Isle Mayle.

Kathy leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ronald Eugene McPherson; children, Anthony Chandler and Kevin Chandler; grandchildren, Shalee Chandler, Daynee Chandler and Kelsey Ray; great grandchildren, Luna Wilson and Azele Conners; siblings, Sandra (Michael) Whitehouse, Susan Gay (Lee Mayle) Goines and Donald Goines Jr.; many nieces and nephews, including special nephews, Eric Whitehouse and Richard R. McDonald II; as well as several other friends and family.

Kathy loved to knit and crochet in her free time. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and going camping. Kathy always loved spending time with her family. She has a special place in her heart for her dogs and always enjoyed riding the motorcycle with her husband when she was able. She will be missed by all that knew her.

You may call on the family on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Burrell Funeral Services in Zanesville from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. with funeral services starting at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Woodlawn cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
