Kidzville Rebuild in need of Skilled Labor

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Kidzville Rebuild is well underway as we head into the first weekend of June.
Community Organizer, Doug Hobson, says he is happy with the way things are going but they are in need of skilled labor to help finish the project.
“Here we are on day 3 of the rebuild. Real excited on the way things are going, the design team is here, they are excited about the way things are going. We’ve got a lot of things happening. What we are looking for though is we are looking for skilled laborers. Any of those contractor teams out there construction companies that can spare one or two guys. Man we sure need ya.”
With additional help Hobson still remains hopeful for opening the park this Sunday.
“We’re looking for Sunday night to break that big chain to have that ribbon cutting to let them kids enjoy Kidzville, so that’s why it’s the desperate call out today and what we are basically saying is when you come through the line if you can cut a straight line with a circular saw. That’s the people we are looking for. We are looking for those people who could go out there put decking on all this stuff and really help us out at this point.”
Hobson wants to give a sincere thank you to everyone that showed up this week to help with the rebuild.
