Motorists can expect to encounter delays when traveling on Interstate 70 next week in Licking County.

The Ohio Department of Transportation said beginning Monday, June 5 at 7pm, there will be lane closures in each direction on Interstate 70 at the State Route 79 interchange.

Overnight work hours will be from 7pm until 6am while crews work on setting the new steel beams for the bridge. Work is expected to be complete by Friday morning, June 16.
