Lawrence Served 1953-1957 on the USS Rich Battleship as a Sonarman. After he left the Navy he used his experience to qualify for a Boiler Operator Licence. He later worked as an independent concrete mason. He talked often of his many adventures both at sea and land while he served this great nation.
