Level 1 Snow Emergency Lifted in Guernsey County

 Guernsey County Sheriff Jeff Paden has lifted the Level 1 Snow Emergency.  The Sheriff says area roads have improved after

an icy start to Sunday on I-70 overpasses and bridges.  There were a rash of accidents as a result of the slick roads.
