Level 2 in Guernsey Co.

 The Sheriff’s Office in Guernsey County has issued a road emergency due to flooding in the area. 

Sheriff Michael Sheriff  McCauley has placed Guernsey County under a level 2 road advisory. 

The sheriff said roadways are hazardous with severe flooding and only those who feel it necessary to travel should be on the roadways.
