The election results are in for Licking County.
Voters have elected republican Rick Black as their county commissioner. He defeats democrat Adam Rhodes 41,941 votes to 23,997.
In issues from Licking County the Village of Alexandra 4 mills for 5 years for current expenses passed.
The Village of Hanover 1.5mills for 3 year s for fire and EMS passed with 280 yes votes to 198 no.
There were two school levies on the ballot. The Granville Exempted Village School District levy passed, while the Lakewood School District bond levy for construction of a new elementary school failed.
