Licking County Most Wanted

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for grand theft in Licking County.

21-year-old Matthew Vance is described as being a white male, six feet three inches tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is 154 South Sixth Street Apartment B, in Newark.
