Man Charged in Fatal Hit/Run Waives Hearing
A Coshocton man charged in connection with a fatal hit and run accident has waived his preliminary hearing.
24-year-old Dustin Carroll was scheduled to appear in Coshocton Municipal Court Wednesday morning on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Court officials say his case will now go before a Coshocton County Grand Jury next month.
Carroll is accused of driving a car that struck and killed 26-year-old Michael McFadden as he was walking near the intersection of South 3rd and Elm Streets last month.
Carroll is being held in the Coshocton County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
