Man Indicted for Wife’s Murder

An elderly Guysville man is indicted for the shooting death of his wife.

According to the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office, 83-year-old David Tilley was indicted Monday for aggravated murder. The Prosecutor’s Office says Tilley is accused of shooting his 46-year-old wife in the back of the head with a rifle last Thursday.

Tilley is scheduled for arraignment in the case on October 6th.
