Man Pleads Guilty To Trafficking

A Zanesville man pleads guilty to four counts of trafficking in cocaine. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says John Jamison the 4th was charged in connection to a drug raid in August of 2014 at 13-29 Pallas Avenue. Zanesville Police Chief Kenneth Miller says officers discovered crack cocaine, money and two guns when they searched the home. Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case. A co-defendant, 32-year-old Derek Jamison, also of Zanesville, plead guilty in the case on February 11th. In a separate case Derek Jamison faces 46 charges including human trafficking, unlawful use of a minor in nudity oriented material and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
