Man Pleads Not-Guilty to Sex Charges

A Roseville man pled not-guilty Wednesday to five sex crimes in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

68-year-old Delbert Wickham is facing four charges of gross sexual imposition with a sexually violent offender specification and one charge of rape with a sexually violent offender specification.

Authorities say the offenses occurred between August 2003 and August 2005. Judge Mark Fleegle set Wickham’s bond at $1 million dollars. He remains held in the Muskingum County Jail.
