Man Sentenced for Child Abuse
A man who abused a ten-week-old child was in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Monday.
22-year-old James C. Williams II of Zanesville was convicted of endangering a child with serious physical harm.
The prosecutor’s office says in November of 2009, he abused his 10-week-old daughter causing head and body fractures. Judge Mark Fleegle sentenced Williams to six years in prison. Amber Jones is a co-defendent in the case.
