Man Sentenced for Hundreds of Grams of Cocaine

A man found with more than 360 grams of cocaine will be spending five years in prison.

Judge Kelly Cottrill sentenced 21-year-old Marcus Moore of Zanesville in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday.

Moore was arrested in March in the parking lot of Zane State College. The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says they discovered 366 grams of cocaine, which is worth around $73,000.

Moore pled guilty in last month to a felony charge of trafficking in cocaine.
