Man Sentenced In Atm Robbery

A Columbus man has been sentenced for an armed robbery at a Maple Avenue A-T-M last summer. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 23-year-old Zachary Rogers went before Judge Kelly Cottrill and received 11 years in prison for the incident near a Huntington Bank this past August. He was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of theft and one count of kidnapping. Zanesville Police say Rogers, along with another man, 22-year-old Joshua Conley, approached a vehicle near the bank A-T-M with a gun and demanded money from the occupants, then fled the scene. The two were later caught by the Highway Patrol near Pataskala. Conley has already been sentenced to 13 years in prison.
