Man Sentenced on Rape and Kidnapping Charges

A  Zanesville man is sentenced in Muskingum County  Common Pleas Court Monday on rape and kidnapping charges.

44-year-old James Rhodman was sentenced to 8 years in prison by Judge Kelly Cottrill.

Rhodman was also classified as a Tier III sex offender with lifetime registration every 90 days.

Rhodman plead guilty to both charges last month which stemmed from an incident that happened in June of this year.
