Markos David “Mark” Ginikos, Jr., 1953 – 2018

Markos David “Mark” Ginikos, Jr, died January 24, 2018, at his home. He was born October 25, 1953, in Zanesville the son of Markos David Ginikos, Sr. and Julia Marie (Hanifan) Ginikos.

Mark was a great man of many skills. He loved to “work hard and play harder”, which was one of his favorite sayings. He was employed with Haliburton, Mattingly Foods and was owner and operator of Dr. Vinyl of Zanesville.

He enjoyed fast cars and motorcycles, the outdoors, fishing, firearms and loved taking road trips. He most of all took pleasure in spending time with his family and living to the fullest.

He is survived by his mother: Julia Ginikos; one son: Markos David “Mark” & Jessica Ginikos, III; grandsons: Jax Zander Ginikos & Roman Orion Ginikos all of Zanesville; brothers: John & Dee Ginikos of Nashport, and Matt & Gina Ginikos of Westerville, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
