Marvin Lee Taylor
Marvin Lee Taylor, 81, of McConnelsville, Ohio, joined his wife in Heaven on Sunday December 18, 2022 from Highland Oaks Health Center. Marvin was born June 11, 1941 in Cannelville, Ohio, son of the late Alvin C. Taylor and Mildred J. (Terrill) Taylor Bradley. In addition to his parents, Marvin is also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alberta K. (Leasure) Taylor; siblings, Mona Boetcher, Richard (Snowball) Taylor and Shirley Taylor, who died as an infant. Marvin is survived by his sister, Mary Krouskoupf; his brother, Alvin (Marcia) Taylor; brother-in-law, Gene Boetcher; sister-in-law, Pam Taylor; beloved cat, Susie; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. When Marvin was a child, he liked riding his bike. He loved his many pets. Marvin enjoyed being outdoors and planting flowers. In his free time, he loved doing crafts. Marvin enjoyed being able to go on hunting and fishing excursions with his brother. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. You may call on the family Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 12 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services in Zanesville, Ohio. Pastor Greg Mark of Shriver’s Hospice officiating. Burial will follow in Stovertown Cemetery, where Marvin will be laid to rest alongside his beloved Alberta.
