Matthew Eric Ferraro

Matthew Eric Ferraro, age 56, of Columbus, formerly of Zanesville passed away on April 2, 2021. He was born on August 6, 1964 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Anthony J. and Dorothy E. (Wile) Ferraro.

Matthew was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend to many. He especially was fond of all his four legged friends that he loved and took great care of their wellbeing. His love for all animals, his loving caring heart and his gentleness is who he was. Matthew was an avid garner and his back yard was like a paradise. He enjoyed watching the birds & all the animals that came into the yard. He was a dedicated employee of the James Cancer Center, where he was loved and made everyone laugh with his sense of humor.

He leaves behind his loving husband, Calvin Morgan; siblings, Philip (Nancy) Ferraro, Margy Ferraro, Tom (Susan) Ferraro and Mary (David) Ford; sister-in-law, Debbie (David) Smith and brother in law, Darren (Becky) Morgan; also surviving is Don Krech who is a dear lifelong friend. Matthew joins in death, his parents and nephew Anthony.

Matthew will be missed by his family, extended family and friends. Private visitation, funeral service and burial at Greenlawn Cemetery was held in Columbus, Ohio.
