Mayle Sentenced On Sex Charges

A Zanesville man is sentenced Monday on sex charges.  37-year-old Jerome Mayle plead guilty earlier this year to three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.  Muskingum County Common Please Court Judge Kelly Cottrill sentenced Mayle to three years in prison and classified him as a Tier II Sex Offender which means he must register every 180 days for 25 years after he is released from prison.  According to the Prosecutor’s Office the incidents Mayle was charged for occurred in April and August of last year.
