Meet the Cambridge Dispatch Center’s 2025 Dispatcher of the Year

CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – The Cambridge Dispatch Center of the Ohio State Highway Patrol has announced their 2025 Dispatcher of the Year.

John C. Ceculski has been recognized for outstanding service in 2025 with the award for his technical job knowledge and ability, enthusiastic work attitude, teamwork, and prompt and courteous response to the public’s requests for information and assistance.

Ceculski is a lifelong Ohio native and has been with the Highway Patrol since 2004. He started at the Maysville Center and transferred to the Cambridge Center in 2006. He and his wife Melanie reside in Dover, Ohio.
