Meth Lab Suspects Waive Hearing
Two men arrested in connection with a methamphetamine lab in Perry County waived their preliminary hearing Thursday.
54-year-old Robert Wise and 59-year-old Donald Miller are both charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs and illegal possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs.
Miller is also charged with a felony count of possession of methamphetamine.
Court officials say both of their cases will now go before a grand jury.
A third suspect 49-year-old Brian Barnes has not been arraigned in court yet.
Perry County Sheriff’s officials say the three were arrested when officers were attempting to locate a wanted person at a home in Junction City and discovered a meth lab inside an r-v parked in the driveway.
Wise is being held in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
Miller is out on bond.
