Michael Emmett Underwood (March 26, 1957 – September 10, 2015)

Michael Emmett Underwood, 58, of Salesville passed away September 10, 2015 at his residence.

Mike was born March 26, 1957 in Cambridge, the son of the late Joe Underwood and Vera Crosby. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time in the outdoors and he served his country in the US National Guard.

Mike is survived by Kristina Underwood of Akron, Cheyann (Aaron) Smith of Zanesville, Mary (Wes) Giesey of Cambridge, Shawna Underwood of Cambridge, Jennifer Underwood of McConnelsville; several grandchildren; his siblings Joyce (George) Neally, Joe (Joyce) Underwood and Darlene (Raymond) Bradshaw all of Cambridge and several friends.

In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his brother Tom Underwood.

A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Farus Funeral Home, 343 W. Main Street, Cumberland, OH with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post #24, McConnelsville.
