Missing Denison Student Found Dead

The body of a missing Denison University student has been found. School officials say Wendell Jackson has been found deceased in the college’s Biological Reserve. Jackson was last seen studying at an academic building on campus on Sunday between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. In a statement on the university website, school officials wrote they are incredibly saddened by Jackson’s tragic death. Classes have been cancelled for Tuesday. Swasey Chapel will be open throughout the day for students, faculty and staff to congregate and share memories of Jackson. The death remains under investigation.
