Missing Muskingum County Woman Found

Sheriff Matt Lutz says Ema Gene Fouty has been located in the Ellis Dam area. Lutz says she was disoriented, but otherwise in good health.

Fouty was reported missing earlier Tuesday. Deputies found Fouty’s vehicle around 2:00 pm in the Ellis Dam area.
