Montgomery Gentry and Jo Dee Messina Headline Fair

Two seasoned country music stars will headline this year’s Muskingum County Fair entertainment.

Montgomery Gentry and Jo Dee Messina make a stop at the fair this year on Friday, August 17.

Montgomery Gentry makes the stop as part of the Here’s to You Tour. It marks the first time Eddie Montgomery will tour without the late Troy Gentry.

In honor of Gentry and their nearly two decades-worth of chart-topping music, guests can expect to hear the greatest hits mixed with music from the latest release, Here’s to You.

Messina is also a seasoned veteran in the music industry. She’s posted nine number one hits, sixteen Top 40 songs and sold over five million albums worldwide.

Tickets for the Montgomery Gentry/Jo Dee Messina concert go on sale this Saturday at 9am on the Muskingum County Fair’s website  www.muskingumcofair.com There is a limit of 8 tickets per transaction and a $5.00 service charge per ticket.

Track Seats for the concert run between $30-35, while grandstand seats are $20.00.

Other fair entertainment this year includes the Truck and Tractor Pull, Demo Derby, Harness Racing, Bull Riding and Barrell Racing.

World of Wonders and Escape Explosion will hold performances daily Tuesday-Saturday.

The Muskingum County Fair runs August 12-18.
