Moore Posts Bond in Licking Co. Case

A Licking County woman accused of having sexual contact with a minor appears in court.

Judge Thomas Macelain ordered bond set for 37-year-old Michelle Lynn Moore at $75,000, which was posted.

Moore also requested a court appointed attorney. 

According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office a 14-year-old boy reported he and Moore engaged in multiple sexual encounters involving sexual intercourse between October 2015 and January 2016.

The victim told authorities the acts took place in several locations throughout Licking County. 

A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday, February 18, 2016. Officials said more charges could be considered by the grand jury in the future.
