Most wanted suspect Derek Bush was arrested

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio – The suspect in the death of 5-month-old Kenslee Spears of Roseville is now in custody.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz said Derek Bush was arrested Friday evening without incident in the Ellis Dam area. Bush was originally charged with felonious assault, but that was before the baby passed away. He could now be facing further charges.
