Muskingum Co. Most Wanted

Muskingum county has a new most wanted suspect.

Scott Allen Hopper, 28, is wanted for trafficking crack cocaine.  He is described as white, 6’1", 190 lbs with various tattoos.  Including dollar signs on his eyelids.  His last known address is 1422 Wheeling Avenue in Zanesville.   If you have any information regarding Hopper call the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office at (740) 452-3637.
