Muskingum River Ice Jam Update – Ice Jam Not Moving

The Muskingum County EMA, Sheriff, Zanesville Police, ODNR nor US Army Corp of Engineers did not send out an Emergency Message stating the Ice Jam on the Muskingum River was moving!
