Nashport Suspects Plead Not Guilty

The three area residents accused with breaking into local concession stands appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

39-year-old Tammy Lewis, 21-year-old Austin Mooney and 24-year-old Robert Moore, all of Nashport, plead not guilty to multiple charges of breaking and entering, theft, possession of criminal tools, criminal damaging, vandalism and tampering with coin machines.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office and Crooksville Police say the three were seen breaking into concession stands at Crooksville’s Village Park on September 29th.

Judge Mark Fleegle continued each of their bonds at $25,000.
