Nessline Sentenced on Felonious Assault Charge

25-year-old Thomas Nessline of Zanesville was sentenced Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
 

Nessline received a 3 year prison term on charges of aggravated robbery, felonious assault and theft.
 

Court records show the charges stem from an incident that happened in February.
 

A co-defendant in the case,29-year-old William Northrop Junior,  plead guilty to similar charges last month and is awaiting sentencing.
