New Attractions and Classic Fun at the Noble County Fair
CALDWELL, OH – The Noble County Fair has officially kicked off on August 26th, bringing with it excitement and community spirit.
From thrilling rides to delicious fair food and heartwarming agricultural showcases, there’s something for everyone at this year’s fair. Among the new attractions at the fair this year is an ax thrower.
“We actually have an ax thrower this year and a black smith that’s going to be here making stuff. We had our chainsaw carver last year and he’s also back this year to do some chainsaw carvings for people to watch,” Donna Spicer, Secretary of the Fair Board said.
The fair is packed with events at the grandstands throughout the week, featuring a rough truck competition, a rodeo, tractor pull, and the always-popular demolition derby.
“On Monday and Tuesday, we have our harness racing at 5 o’clock. On Wednesday we have a rough truck. This year, Jason Mackie, our Sheriff in Noble County, donated an old police car for people to have a chance to run in the rough truck competition. We have those tickets in the office. They’re $5 a ticket. If anybody would love to try to have a chance to drive a trough truck come on down. Thursday is our rodeo. Friday is our JR Brown truck and tractor pull, and Saturday is the big demolition derby,” Spicer said.
The fair will wrap up on Saturday. For a complete list of events, visit the Noble County Fair website.
