Jimmie Hines won $100,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s Black Pearls scratch off game.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31%, Hines will receive a check for $69,000.

Hines purchased the winning ticket from Cambridge News & Carryout located at 527 Wheeling Avenue in Cambridge.

The retailer receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
