Newark Police Searching for Suspect

The Newark Police Department is searching for a suspect in connection to his involvement in a series of home invasion style robberies. 

20-year-old Henry Simpson is an African American male, 5’11 inches tall, weighing around 155 pounds. He has ties to both the Newark and Columbus areas. 

He’s believed to have participated with others in forcing or attempting to force his way into residences for the purpose of theft. In each case he was armed with a firearm and the weapon hasn’t been recovered. 

Authorities said he should be considered armed and dangerous and citizens are urged not to approach him.
